U.S Election 2020 : early voting numbers | 23million Americans cast early ballots |

 American goes to polls in less than three weeks and a lot of Americans are not waiting for November 3rd to vote. millions of people across u.s have already cast their ballots in this upcoming election.

experts say that the early voting number is due to the covid pandemic. Americans are looking out for alternatives to long voting cues of over 23 million. Americans have cast their ballot by now either through ail or by in-person voting four years ago at the exact same point in the race only 1.4 million votes were cast.

texas set the record for the highest number of ballots cast on the first day of early voting it should be noted that Texas is one of the few states that have strict restrictions on who and who can not qualify for postal voting. taxes is not only state breaking records it is being reported that on Monday over 125000 votes were cast in Georgia. this is a new state record for Georgia in Ohio a crucial swing state more than 2.4 million ballots have already been requested double the number of 2016.

In the state of North Carolina over 333 000  in-person ballots have been accepted and 166 000 votes were cast on day one in 2016 in the same state. now reports indicate that registered democrats have so far outvoted registered republicans casting more than double the number of ballots.

Data shows that in Florida more than 9600 000 democrats have already mailed their ballots as compared to 564000  republicans but this early advantage does not mean that democrats can already claim victory. republicans believe that early voting is vulnerable to fraud so while democrats cast their votes today republicans will show up in large numbers on the day.
