India and the U.S two plus two dialogue meeting on oct 26th and 27th.

India and the U.S will be holding the meeting on Oct 26th and 27th the talks will be held in New Delhi reports say that the countries will be signing the basic exchange and cooperation agreement for Becca for geospatial partnership. 

Now the agreement is an important precursor to India acquiring armed drones such as mq-9b from u.s and the unmanned aerial vehicle uses spatial data for pinpointed strikes on enemy targets.

India will be able to use geospatial data provided by u.s for accuracy data of standoff weapons like Cruz and ballistic missiles. the communication agreement will allow both the countries to share military information about the threats on land and the indo-pacific. 

According to a report u.s defense secretary mark esper will be attending the two plus two dialogue which is the highest level institutional mechanism between the two countries.

esper will also be also meeting the India prime minister Narendra Modi the two sides are expected to discuss Chinese aggression in Ladakh as well as in the south china sea. India and u.s will also be discussing the  Afghan peace talks and cross border terrorism from Pakistan while the exact date of the meet is not yet finalized the two plus two dialogue is expected to coincide with the Chinese communist party. meanwhile, India external affairs minister SJ Shankar will be meeting u.s secretary of state Mike Pompeo  at the upcoming quad meet in Tokyo on October 6th.
