Putin sends mixed signs on the U.S elections.

The Russian president spoke about the u.s election in a way that left the viewer confused.putin said that a sharp anti-Russia rhetoric was noted in Joe Biden's comments.

the democratic candidate Joe Biden has been critical of Russia throughout his campaign expressing his displeasure Putin said that Russia has grown used to Biden's anti-Russia stand. 

Putin expressed Moscow's willingness to work with the elected leadership of America. Putin also made a point to praise Donald trump to improve working ties with Russia despite it not materializing on the ground.



u.s and Russia have never enjoyed a friendly relationship but post-cold war the relationship hit a new law when evidence of Russian meddling emerged after trump's elevation as the president of the united states of America though Putin has repeatedly denied all charges of interference last month Microsoft issued a warning that hacker was trying to spy on both Donald Trump and Joe Biden which was usual was dismissed by Russia.

it should be noted that last month Russia proposed a reset in cyber ties this was a proposed bilateral agreement that both countries will not engage in cyber-meddling in each other's election.

Putin said that Washington has ignored their proposal another recent issue of contention has been the nuclear arms pact. Moscow and Washington have not able to agree on any new treaty of the past few years.

A new start was the last significant nuclear arms sign between the two nations this treaty was signed in 2010 and is due to expire in February 2021. in their bilateral talks, u.s and Russia have discussed extending the nuclear arms pact the talks have not resulted in any visible progress.

the kremlin said that the chances of the deal look slim and in complete contrast trump's envoy for arms last week claimed that important progress was made in his speech Putin phrased joe Biden argument of extending the daily call it a very important element of cooperation in the future
