India and china holding 7th military levels talks.

 India and China are holding their seventh military-level talks today in Trishul on the Indian side of the line of actual control. Now the co-commander level meet is not only taking stock of the situation on the ground but also discuss de-escalation measures by the Chinese side.

The Indian delegation is being led by 14 core commanders 14 left lieutenant general kpg  Menon and senior diplomat Naveen Srivastava is also part of this delegation.

 The Chinese foreign ministry official is also participating in these military-level talks both the countries had called for a halt and troop deployment in the last military-level talks which were held on September 21st

 In a joint statement, India and china are stopped sending more forces to the frontline meanwhile the u.s secretary of state Mike Pompeo has warned India of Chinese aggression ahead of talks between Washington and New Delhi. Pompeo said that china deployed 60000troops at the lac.

Earlier the Indian air force carried out sorties in Ladakh amid heightened tension between India and china mig –29 fighter judge nuke and cheetah helicopters as well as c-17 globe master transport aircraft were seen participating in the operation the activities are seen as preparation for the winter onset.

The colder months as you know post challenges like snowfall and low visibility. The Indian air force has said that the forces were ready and well-positioned to take on the adversaries. Last month the Indian army conducted an exercise in Ladakh as well t90 and t 71 tanks participated in the drill which was held near the line of actual control.
